I mastrubate 2 times a week and when I'm having sex with a woman it takes a very long time for me to climax. I want to climax sooner. What can I do?

Well, it would be best if you stopped obsessing about it and tried to enjoy and satisfy your partner. Being unable to ejaculate or reach an orgasm during an intercourse is usually due to emotional and mental stress.
What confirms this theory is your ability to climax while masturbating, which means that there’s nothing wrong with you physically.
You should relax (as much as that’s possible) during sex and not think about climaxing. That way you will cut down on stress and orgasm more easily. Good luck!
