can anyone PLEASE help me. I am very nervous

one day i was masturbating and i stopped before ejaculation. I waited 30 seconds, and a "lump" formed where my penis meets my pelvis. I then ejaculated and it went away. Ever since then(two days now) my ball sac has been sort of pulsating. Almost like the beat of a heart. It gets bigger then smaller then bigger then smaller but in a very smooth, fast fashion. although when i have an erection it seems to stop. Please help me, i am afraid that it is something very serious and I hope someone has an answer. Is it blue balls?

i also noticed the pulsation is kind of like liquid flowing around in it.

Could it be blood?
