As far as I am concerned, masterbation is a release of sexual desires and pressures. If this causes you to hit the munchies afterwards, then you might want to limit the munchies or masterbation. I would prefer to limit the munchies.
From what I know you should get a partner involved. Sex has been described as the best way (and the most fun way!!) to exercise!! You both burn calories, feel fabulous after and its the kind of sweat-workout no body minds
