Does masturbating two times each day affect the health? I have heard that when a guy stops masturbating, sperms build up, and he has more energy. Anyway sometimes when I masturbate my testicles hurt. Not right after, but throughout the day. I’m not sure if I can hurt my self masturbating. So, I would like to her some new techniques of masturbations for men. I can’t help it I have to do it, even when it hurts.

Ha, ha …Of course you can help yourself, try finding a girlfriend or boyfriend for start. Try to change a method or position when you are masturbating. I guess you are having pain in testicles because you are pounding the base of penis too much with hand. Being gentle with your self can cure lot of pains too. Only new technique that I can recommend you is to concentrate the motions only around the top half of the penis and the head of the penis.
