I've heard that masturbating doesn't really harm a person, but I think it does. Can masturbating alot cause adverse health problems?

well..are you a boy or a girl?
It really shouldn't matter, as far as I know, masturbating doesn't affect your health in a bad way.
Sometimes women can spot a little if they go at it too hard but if you find something is happening, see your GP.
