Is there anything like virginity in boys to?
if it is then what is it & how can it be detected by medical tests.

Hi mate. Yes - boys are classed as virgins too if they have not had sexual intercourse. There isn't a test though. You will probably find that if your friends say they have had sex, they probably haven't yet, but just don't want to admit that they are still virgins! There is nothing wrong with waiting to have sex though.
