I am interested in mechanism of action of doloneurobion. My friend suggested me to try with this medication because I often complain on my back pain. He said that it was very helpful for him. I use analgesics, like diclofenac is, and it helps me. I need more information about mechanism of action doloneurobion.

Dolo-neurobion is combination of vitamins B1, B6 and B12 and paracetamol. It is indicated in neuritis, ischialgia, intercostal and terminal neuralgia, herpes zoster and post-operative pain. Dosage is 1-2 tablets per day. Mechanism of action of doloneurobion is based on analgesic effect of paracetamol. I am not sure if it is more effective pain reliever than diclofenac is. Vitamins of B complex are indicated in neural pain. You should be careful not to overdose paracetamol.
