medical abortion now 1 month later bleeding when orgasm

I had a medical abortion on april 5 and the bleeding only stopped for a few days at a time. Now when I have an orgasm(with or without penetration) or even when I get aroused I bleed heavily. Then It might stop for a day...totally unpredictable. Is something wrong? I also started my birth control right after my two week check up exam and am bleeding anyways. Im on ortho tri cyclen lo~thank you

I had an abortion in May, thet gave me a scrubb. I started bleeding the 3 of June and July I went to the doctor because I was still going full flow. I got Ovaral pills and after finishing that to stop the bleeding now after 50 days I am still bleeding. Now that is freaking out.
