Hello! I have entered a premenopause. I am sure because I have been reading about it and I recognize the symptoms. It seems to me that I am going through the worse as those hot flashes and mood changes are killing me. I don’t want to undergo HRT as I heard about that study that revealed about the negative consequences of HRT. I am interested in some natural supplements if there are any to help me get pass these awful symptoms!!!!
I was searching for the same stuff for my mom as she was also very nervous and irritable when everything started. Her problem was that she wasn’t very well acquainted with the whole thing and was very confused. I also didn’t want to let her undergo HRT, so we experimented with black cohosh, ginseng, and green tea. These herbs did wonders for my mom, you should also give them a go!!!!
