| Hi. I am a woman 32 years old and I practice meditation regularly. I heard of lot methods, but not of this one? I mean usually, you just sit around think happy thoughts, let your mind flow away in an unknown direction, and try to relax as much as you can. What is the deal with this one? |

| It is really quite simple; you just close your eyes, and begin to relax. Take a deep breath, and let it out slow. Concentrate on your breathing. And with each breath you shall become more and more relaxed. Imagine a brilliant white light above you, focusing on this bright light as it flows through your whole body. Allow yourself to drift off as you fall into a more relaxing state of mind. And then you will really be relaxed. But as you see it has a lot in common with any other meditation. |
