Hi, I had a full hysterectomy in2007, I then got HRT until Jan 07 after stopping HRT I have suffered hot flushes, weight gain, sleeplessness and mood swings. I have tried patches which in 50degree heat come off, and have resorted to melatonin to help sleep. I cant get HRT here in Dubai UAE, simple as that. Can you recommend anything? I also have a prblem taking natural products as I forget> Thank you
