What am I supposed to do. Menopause is destroying my marriage. He was understanding only in the beginning, now it is a completely different story. I cannot say that it is not my fault, I really became nervous all the time, yelling at everybody and crying for no good reason. Still, is it enough for a break up?

Of course not. But, you must realize that your husband is being very, very ignorant here. In this situation you are the victim, no one else. The problems you are experiencing happen because of hormone imbalance ant that is something you cannot affect. It is not your fault, it is just a phase in woman's life that will pass eventually. Perhaps there are some other motives for your husband's behavior? If not, then try to explain him what you are going through. Anxieties, stress, lack of concentration, not to mention physical problems.
