For the last 5 years I have suffered with continuous hot flashes, night sweats, monthly cramping, headaches, major changes in my mood(feels like depression,) lethargy, back aches, lack of energy and zeal for life, no sexual drive to the point of feelings of disgust at the thought of sex. heart palpitations, and sometimes high blood pressure. I had a partial hysterectomy when I was 35 because of endometriosis, i am now 53. Since I began a strict regimen of Blood type O diet, using transdermal magnesium, taking sea vitamins and minerals(Whole Foods) 3-5 times a week of power walking for 2 miles I do feel so much better, however my sexual drive is barely there maybe once every 3 weeks. is this considered normal and will things get better. how long does menopause last? Sincerely, Toni
