menstral changes since drastic eating changes and exercise

I have recently started eating 5-6 times a day, very small, healthy meals. I have also started running, 10-15 minutes a day and doing some cardio. Could this be affeting my menstral cycle. I bled a little the other day but now nothing. I usually start off with a lite period and then it becomes heavier but now there is nothing. thank you
