Hi,
I have really bad menstral cramps. This is going on since I first got it. I am really sick of eating pain killers, so I would like to know what can I do to get rid of this menstral cramps naturally?

Hi!
I completely understand you girl! Warm a small amount of olive or corn oil and rub it into generously on your stomach. Of course you must be relaxed.
I also help myself with thermacare heating pads. Oh, yes, bending your knees help, but I guess you already know this.
One more thing, on cramping days, avoid caffeine! Caffeine makes cramps much worse. I know from personal experience and I have been told by several doctors.
