metaslim does it have any side effects?

hi all
i am trying to lose 20lbs
i am 36 amd a mother of 2
since i gave birth to my baby girl (2years ago)
i have gained weight at least 20lbs
it depresses me so much because i dont fit in to anything anymore
i hate my hips they are so big it makes me look bigger
i started taking metaslim i know that it says you feel fatigue the first 3-5 days is this true?
i have been taking it for 3 days now
i am afraid of taking anything that could harm me
does anyone ever get shortness of breath when taking this or is it just me Question

If you get shortness of breath and fatigue with this product, you should probably stop using it. Try losing way a healthier way. Join a local gym or a diet program like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig. Eat healthy and do some exercises. As long as you stick to it, you should see improvement.
