Hello, I had been taking about 2 methadose or more a day for about 2 years. I have tried to quit cold turkey about 5 times. The longest I went for is for 6 days. This time I have been off it for about 14 days. It was very very very hard for the first week, but I am very proud of myself for getting over the hump. I am a female 5'6" and 140lbs. My question is, when will my bowels be back to normal? That is really the only bad symptom I have left. Is there something I can take like metamucil to make my bowels harder?
