Hi there, I am a woman who is 45 years old. I am suffering from middle back discomfort for some time. Sometimes it really gets nasty. I am saying this without exaggeration. Do you have some advice or something else to say about my condition? Any help is most wanted. Trust me that I will be grateful on anything you write because I know how does this feel.

Greetings, I sympathize with you on this. What can I say except hang on, you are not the only one. You will get through it. Maybe some nerve is the cause. You should do an MRI and see for yourself. I don't mean that literally because you should go to doctor first and then he will be able to do a proper diagnosis. Of course if it is serious then surgery may be a possibility. That is about it. I wish you best of luck.
