mid-month spotting 8 days late on period, tubal ligation

please help... I had a tubal ligation 2 years ago. I have my period every 28 days. Now I am 8 days late. I started spotting 2 weeks ago light brown only when I wiped. I have been having severe pain off and on on the right side of my abdoman and lower back. Could I be pregnant?

did you guys find out what was going on, i am going through the same thing and i would like to find out some answers, the doctors said to call after i missed 3 periods, i don't want to wait that long!

Women who have a tubal ligation can still have a risk of have a tubal pregnancy so if u think that might be it u need to go to the Dr. soon.
