Hi there! I have just entered a menopausal period and am experiencing migraines that I have never experienced before. In order to ease them, I would like what over the counter medication I could use and how I could treat them at home. Thx for the info!

The most used OTC medicines are Advil , Excedrin, and Motrin. It would be good if you talked to a doctor about reated ypur headaches at home. I, when the headache strikes, lie down in a dark roon with a cold pack. You could learn some stress management techniques like relaxation and massage. This also helps in reducing the number of headaches. Good luck!
