i had my mirena coil removed before christmas to try for baby. it took 6 weeks for my first period then 5 weeks until th next one. this month i've had 3! about 2 weeks ago i started losing pinkish discharge - quite heavy but not needing tampons - this lasted for about 8 days. A wek after that has finished i'm losing reddish/pink with clots. not very heavy - not needing tampons but i have stomach cramps. usually my periods are very havy and i need tampons and pads which i have to chang every hour or so.
i don't know if this is ralted but i'v had IBS symptoms as well.
i'm worried that the mirena has had a permanent effect on my ability to have a baby. i don't know how long it takes to get back to normal. please help
