miscarriage 41 days ago and still no period?!!!!

My last period was Oct 26th 2006 and then i had a miscarriage on dec 12th. i only bled for 5 days, shorter then a normal period, and have had nothing since. my hcg levels went back down to 0 very fast and am not sure if that is normal or not. It's now jan 22 2007 and still have not had a period. around Jan 10 had sore nips for a week and on the 15th was very sick. couldnt keep anything down. and now nothing?!!!!! I am not sure what is going on? going to the doc on feb 1st just hard to wait and not understand.
