how long after conception can a miscarriage occur? right away? or longer? I think I can be pregnant, but I think I ovulated just yesterday or two days ago.

Okay, for a miscarriage to actually occur, you need to be pregnant.

The fertilized egg must be IMPLANTED in your uterine wall..Okay?

Conception takes 1-3 days..Implantation takes 6-9 days... YOU get it..

You are NOT pregnant 2-3-4 days after sex, pregnancy is a process. Just because you have sex when you ovulate, does not mean you will get pregnant.
