for some women it just takes longer than other women to get pregnant. if your doctor says everything is going well, you should believe him. just give it some time. i know this may not be what you want to here, but a friend of mine did not get pregnant until two years after her miscarriage. it will happen when it's time. i know the wait is unbearable, but it's really the only thing you can do.
