miscarried 3 weeks ago today, I think I could be preg again?

suffered a miscarriage 3 weeks ago today. On Saturday my husband and I had sex and he came inside me....today 5 days later..I have light pink spotting..and yesterday I had bad, weird cramps... could this be implantation bleeding?

Do you think I could be pregnant again so early? I haven't gotten my period yet...but I know it's like 4-8 weeks after you lose your baby...so could it be my period or implantation bleeding? The cramps were different than period ones.

Though I have no idea..I just want to get pregnant again so badly.

i am so sory about your loss but i am expieriencing almost the same thing and i am nervous and excited bt i dont want to get let down again i need answers too!!!!!
