missed period, slight cramping and frequent urination!!

i have now missed my period by 4 days. Over the past few days i've been experiencing slight cramping and an aching feeling in the tops of my legs which has been on and off. I also seem to have been visiting the bathroom frequently for a couple of days! Is it possible that these are very early signs of pregnancy? and would it be to early to take a test? Confused
