I have missed my period for two months now. But in October the obgyn said i had pre-cancerous cells show up in my pap smear. Could this be causing my miised period?

It possible could be causing your missed periods, I would check back with your obgyn and see what you need to get done about this...
Another thing too if you have been having uprotected intercourse then you might want to take a pregnancy test just to see...Hope this helps...
