i'm kind of concerned i forgot my pills this weekend when i went home so i never took them for two days, and my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex and he ejaculated in me, at that time i hadn't known i forgot my pills. i missed saturday and sunday's doses. Monday i got my "period" which was a week and half after my last period, it was quite heavy and lasted only 3 days. i've been taking my pills now, do i have a reason to be worried??

No reason to be worried, you were not having a PERIOD, you were having breakthroughbleeding due to missing pills.

BUT, since you missed that many pills you need to use back-up for 7 full days, or you risk the possibility of breakthorugh ovulation.

7 full days of perfect pill use after you missed your pills.

ANYTIME A woman has ex she is at 'risk' for pregnancy, by missing pills you are at a greater risk, but noone can truly calculate how much greater.

Pregnancy tests, the urine kind, can be taken as soon as your period is late.

SPECIAL early tests can be taken 4 days before a missed period.

ANYTIME YOU HAVE unprotected sex, you are risking pregnancy.
