The first day of my last period was June 3. Since starting my new pack of Alesse, I have missed quite a few pills and quit taking them all together June 16. My husband has ejaculated in me quite a few times this month. On June 23 I started having some bleeding, including some clotting. Could I be pregnant?

Its unlikely that you pregnant. But if your husband ejaculated in you around the time of ovulation , ie the 14 day after ur period it might be a possibility. Some people have been known to bleed all through their pregnancy and do not even realise they are pregnant till very late in the game. It would be a smart idea to talk to a doctor about another form of birthcontrol, for example there is an injection that stops you from getting your peirod all together. Buy a pregnancy test if your still unsure but usually bleeding and clotting are strong indicators that you not pregnant

What I teach the girls that see me is this, ANYTIME you miss pills, or you stop taking them, you run an increased risk of pregnancy.

Do you want to be pregnant? If you continue to have sex while not being on contraception , you may certainly become pregnant.
