Hi, I am training kick boxing for some time already and I would like to increase my strength. However I don't want to lose my speed and good reflexes because of my strenght. I would like to hear some suggestions how to become stronger but also to stay fast as I am now. Thanx.

Hi, if you want to preserve your speed and increase strength I suggest you to exercise with weights which you may lift more than 10 times. It will make you stronger, your muscles will get on their quality and you will not lose speed. Also I don't suggest you to make hard lifts which are more for body builders.
