moderate to severe lower abdominal pain

Last week I had a urethral stent put in place for a kidney stone...right now i am having really bad lower abdominal pain, directly in the center above my pelvic bone, also low grade fever for two days and i feel bloated. Not crampy just constant pain. I'm wondering, is it because of an infection or constipation (haven't gone in a week) or the antibiotics. The doc called me in a scrip. of antibiotics just today, but I also had them through IV the day of the procedure. I have a doc appt. tomorrow morning can I wait or should I go to ER tonight???I don't wanna die of some ruptured intestine or some weird thing like that......BTW- On a scale of 1 to 10 the pain is a 7
