molluscum during pregnancy

My 2 year old contracted molluscum from playing and swimming with his cousins and now his father and I have it. I am pregnant and worried about the health of the baby. Is molluscum dangerous during pregnancy? Can it be transmitted to the baby during delivery? If the molluscum is on my breasts can I still safely breastfeed? How do I keep our son from passing it onto the baby? We don't have any open lesions but it still appears to be spreading no matter what we do to avoid direct contact.

I am in the same boat. Did you ever get an answer to your questions? I am concerned for obvious reasons.
