morning after pill during period

I recently had unprotected sex during the end of my period. I took the morning after pill within 12 hours of having sex. Since I was still on my period is that going to have any effect on the increase/decrease of chance that I could be pregnant?

Because you took it within 12 hours of sex, it will be extremely effective.

Your period has nothing to do with effectiveness of PLAN B.

You may have another period sooner than you expect though, simply because PLAN B chnages your cycles.
