Hello! I suffer from spinal stenosis and have been on Motrin, which helped me get rid of pain. I had no problems with it. Then I had to change doctors, and the other doctor wants to put me on Percocet. I am not sure if this is such a good idea because motrin did me good and I don’t want to have a trial period with percocet and suffer from pain again.
I don’t know but I have been using both for my spinal stenosis and DDD. This combo made me lose the pain. I was also advised by my doc to try aqua therapy instead of regular exercise. If you don’t have a possibility for this, you may want to try doing exercising from the sitting position as it is more comfortable-I don’t know if you had noticed. Water exercise should cause les pain then common ones. I am starting next week. Talk to your doctor about how you feel, and discuss all options with him.
