mouth sores, hurt tounge and burning while peeing

In my mouth i have a bunch of canker sores. I haven't eaten in two days. My tounge is white and feels like there is a thousand paper cuts all over it. When I pee it burns and has a very strong oder. What do I have?

This could very possibly be a yeast infection. While this could be many other things, someone close to me had those exact symptoms. Turned out to be a yeast infection.. quite a bad one. The doc prescribed some pills and it went away in a few days.
