mucous at the back of the throat

Hello there, I am a guy who is 28 years old. I would like to ask you something. For some time I have a problem with a mucous at the back of my throat. It seems that I can't cough it up. Can you tell me what can this be and what should I do? I would really like if you give me an answer as soon as possible.

Hello there, I think I have an idea what may be your problem. I am offering you two options. Either it is simple catarrh, or a long lasting drip of mucus from your sinuses. I can't tell you which one is it. In some cases the situation may resolve by itself but it won't hurt if you check yourself.
