mucus in stool and reddish particles of 7 weeks old baby

My baby is 7 weeks old. She was having problem with mucus in stool and used to cry after motion. Stool macro test showed presence of mucus but no occult blood. She is taking medicine.
Now she is not crying during motion and there is no abdomen pain. But still those mucus kind of things are present in the stool and sometimes with some reddish particles.
My question is, that is mucus or any other thing? Macro stool test shows no occult blood but what are those reddish particles?

Pls help me....
