I have a big problem. I can’t delay ejaculation to the point when is mutably desirable for both of us. I use to masturbate a lot before; I don’t know maybe that is a reason for current situation. My girlfriend is patient but I know she want maintain this for too long. Other thing is that last time we had sex I noticed that my ejaculation was muddy some how. I worried that this might be the symptom of some STD. Anyway the thing that bothers me is how to dill with premature ejaculation.

I can only recommend you desensitizing creams. They can lessen the sensations felt by men during intercourse so that they can last longer. I use Pleasure Balm; it is a good, mild and safe desensitizing cream that only requires a small amount be applied. Condoms are effective for reducing the amount of stimulation experienced during sex. If one does not decrease the stimulation enough, then put on one more. They provide excellent protection against STDs and pregnancy, so they’re certainly worth a try. I would check that muddy ejaculation if I were you.
