To whom it may concern,
I am a 20 year old female. I am 5'3", 165 lbs and I do not drink or smoke. These are all of the symptoms that I have had for the past month:
I currently have a lump in my throat that makes it quite difficult for me to swallow. I can breath just fine, but that's between frequent trips to the bathroom to vomit.
I have a sore/painful spot in the right side of my back, and I often suffer from pain behind the right side of my rib cage. (this has been occuring for more than 6 months)
Lately, my skin has been quite itchy. I have been getting day & night sweats. I get recurring ear aches and drainage.
It is currently 5 am and I still haven't been able to fall asleep. I take melatonin most nights and try to follow a nightly routine, but nothing seems to help. As a result, I have excessive daytime sleepiness. I nap when my 10 month old son does, but it just never seems to be enough!
My husband complains that I am irritable and easily agitated.
I take vitamins, calcium supplements and zinc daily. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

Well, if you haven't gone to a doctor, I absolutely suggest it. If you have, I suggest you see a homeopath or naturopath, especially an EDS technician. (Stands for electro-dermal screening; also known as biomeridian.) Look one up on your area.

I hate to say it, but despite the fact that you're taking supplements, they may not help. Many vitamin supplements are cheaply made and therefore don't help the body. Instead, some can actually irritate the body because they're made synthetically. If you get them from your local supermarket, stop. The best ones are from health food stores and made from natural sources, not synthetic chemicals.

I'll say it again, though. Get yourself in to see someone.
