Is it possible to develop muscle gain with proteins? I want to lose on weight but to gain muscles. I’m thinking about protein-based diet. Will it work? Is it safe?

It is not safe to add more proteins to your diet that it is recommended, because of risk of development of toxic ketones. Adding more proteins won’t help you build more muscles if you don’t add more calories. Else, adding more proteins and more calories while keeping exercising on the same level will result in gaining same amount of muscles and fat. It is recommended to consume 0.36 grams of proteins on every pound of your body weight. So, count it for yourself.
