Question Well I know it is not very common for girls to want to gain muscle. but I do! I don't want to be beefy like a guy at all, but I do want to get toned. My friends are taking some supplements, but I am not sure what they will do to me, cuz like I said I don't want to look like a guy. I am not fat I am 5 '6' and 110 pounds, I am a dancer, cheerleader, track runner, gymnast, and a soccer player. I only dance during the summer and I do not have the time to hit the gym everyday in the summer. I am wondering if there are any supplements out there for teeneage girls that might help me get a six pack and maybe some biceps and triceps cuz I want to be able to excel in all of my sports during the regular seasons. I don't want to look at this like I want to loose weight cuz I am fat, cuz I am not I just want to get a little muscle. I know my diet doesn't help either because I don't eat most beef or fish, just mostly carbs and veggies and fruits. My friends think I am crazy because I don't like steak or hamburgers or even hotdogs, but I just don't like the taste. Is there a supplement and maybe even a diet plan for me to gain some muscle???

hi there the only way to gain muscle is by doing weights.because you dont want to become to big i suggest you use light weight{you must be 16 or over to use weights}.as for supplements there are thousands out there such as vitamin tablets fish oil tabelts and protien tabelts.i suggest you not to take them and just get them from what you eat in you diet.
