| Hello. I am a guy 20 years old and I am training bodybuilding. I am very good at it, and so far is so good. I look buffed out, but I am not so strong as I would want to. Do you know a good way to get stronger (natural or artificial). Have you ever gained noticeable strength in one month? Any advice, please, I am weak, and puny!!!! |

| You should do the workouts with your own body weight. Pushups, etc. As of artificial, you can always drink Creatin. It really boosts your strength. You can't do it in a month. You can't do it in a two, either. But it is worth the wait, and I know that with intensive workout, you can do it. And don't feel that way about yourself. |
