My cuzin is bleeing orange blood she said like pumpkin orange and she her abdomen has been hurting real bad. its 5 days before shes even supposed to start her period and shes worried that somethings wrong

i would suggest that your cousin see a doctor. bright orange blood accompanied by pain seems abnormal... i have never heard of that before.
