my face is dry and am breaking out

am preganat, but my face is so so so rough, its dry, alot of black heads and pimples.

i eat alot of fruits and drink alot of water .

what else can i do

The hormonal changes that occur during pregnancy can cause acne and facial skin problems. You probably can't do anything about it right now, but I suggest get all-natural shea butter to help you out. It's great for any skin problem, including rough, dry skin and acne.
