my foreskin does not retract all the way when erect

hi i am 15 years old, when i have an erection my foreskin goes about 2/3 down the head of my penis, when erect i can pull it all the way back no problem, but when i let go it goes back over the head, how am i supposed to put a condom on if my foreskin does not go all the way back by itself. will this also cause problems during sex? it seems like there would be less friction.

You need some kind of sex aid to wear, to keep the foreskin back. This could be a leather harness, two rubber bands looped together to make a figure 8, or those stretchy things girls use to hold ponytails. See also circlist.org/cfeelcut.html
If you work at it long enough, there is a fifty-fifty chance you can get the foreskin to stay retracted on its own. See messages 245 and 252 on a previous page here.
