my nob has little red bumps on it

ok well my nob has little red bumps on it (like little pimples) this is knowere else on my body just my nob it's itchy (really itchy) but it does not burn. this is only on my nob under my foreskin not on my balls or anywhere else.

please tell me what it could be or if you know what it is i was thinking it was a form of cum rash because i have been camping without a shower for a while.

Well that could be the source of your problem...a lack of hygene or personal cleanliness for a period of time.

I'd set in a tub and soak for a while, and then carefully dry and clean under the head.

You may see some improvement, but it not, go see a doctor and ask for their opinion and recommendations.

Next time, schedule the showers or at least some personal cleaning time.

Have you had this before?
You mention a form of cum rash, so I wonder if it has happened before?
