My one year old baby has a constant runny nose! I’m constantly wiping my baby's nose. It last more that three weeks. I thought that she has a cold but colds usually last a week or two. What can I do to help her? Does anybody have some useful advice? Thanks!

First, you should know that it’s nothing unusual. I also had that problem with my son. His doctor recommended over-the-counter saline nose drops or seawater nasal spray. They can be very effective if you use constantly. It’s very important to keep your baby's nasal passages clear, so suction your baby's nose. Also running a humidifier in your baby's room can help soothe irritated nasal passages.

After getting a sore throat and flu like symptoms, I ended up with a constant runny and stuffy nose. It is caused by a persistent virus, possibly coxsackie B.
