i masetbait around 3 times a day for the last 4 years and i dont get the same feelin well masterbaiting by the tip my penis has like black dots on it i dint get cercumsis i always have to scratch my testicles they get real itchy is this cause i masterbait to much?

I have the same problem, except I have a woman for my release. Definitely a dermatological issue, problem just seems to be external. skin also slightly discolored. Been dealing with it for several years. Not an STD per testing. Please post a reply if anyone has any feedback that may help.
