when does this pain occur? after sex, before sex, etc? does it happen just out of the blue when your just watching tv or doing something non sexual? i had severe pain throughout my life in my left testicle and sometimes the pain would expand all through my leg, back, etc. i went to the dr.s many times and they even did ultra sounds and nothing appeared to be wrong. last year i went again and they found out that the testicle had been twisting and all the times they checked before, it had already untwisted itself.. they took me to surgery and untwisted it and sewed my testicle to the sack so it never happens again. id go to the dr if it keeps up, bc if its something serious you could end up losing one or both of your testicles.

If you are experiencing pain in your testicles that is not aching, it is best to see a doctor as soon as possible because it could be anything from testicular torsion to a hernia. Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be either of those things but you do need to see the doctor as soon as possible when you have issues like that. It can only get worse if it's the testicles so please see a physician as soon as possible. Has anyone else had any experiences with this?
