my testicals have been hurting for a year now

last summer my testies sarted to hurt but went away after about 2 weeks......then around february and march it started to hurt again and went away after 2 weeks......it started to hurt again.......there is only a pain when i move.....wat cud dis be.....if anyone has had the same pain reply to my message........i dont have bumps or anything....my semen comes out normally.......when i pee it feels lik it is going to hurt but when i pee it doesnt hurt......im also 13 years old.....and i think i got bigger when it started hurting......cud this be the reason why my testicals hurt

It's probably nothing, but the real authority here is your doctor.

If it's still bothering you, make an appointment. But it's probably just growing pains. You may have a mild infection of the epididymus but I wouldn't jump to that conclusion.
